I think youtube is a great site. Many videos are available for people and students. Many informational videos are out there and can be very useful in the classroom. students can watch a video from youtube on just about anything, ranging from how to videos, relating information, and for entertainment. Also, youtube can be useful for students staying at home. if they need to give a presentation they can video type their self and post in to youtube and then their teacher can watch it and give them a grade.
What i like about youtube, besides all the videos that are available, is the search method. It is very easy and student friendly. Also, accounts can be made and students can only view certain videos and not see inappropriate videos. I like that comments can be left and others can read them as well. one thing that i do not like about is.... well that's a hard one, that nothing that really bothers about the site.
While i was playing around on youtube at work, i found my self listening and watching a lot of new music videos. so i figured i would share one.
